Soul Super Wallet (the “App”) is a decentralized, non-custodial wallet, meaning we do not collect, store, or control users’ biometric data, digital assets, or data.

This Policy sets out our commitment and explains in detail what information we may gather from your visit to https://soulverse.us/ or avail the Services by downloading the apk file of the App (the “Website” or “Platform”) and, why and how your information may be processed when you use our Services.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the limited data interactions within the App, how such data is used, and users’ rights regarding their information.

The terms of this Policy are applicable to you for accessing our Services as detailed in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ document that can be accessed via App and is available at Terms & Conditions. The terms that are capitalized and not defined in this Privacy Policy, have been defined in the Terms and Conditions.

About the App

Nexium is an innovative decentralised identity ecosystem designed for Users with full control over their digital sovereignty. It is a Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), allowing Users to authenticate themselves seamlessly across multiple Platforms without repeatedly entering credentials. This eliminates the need for mnemonic-based private keys by leveraging biometric authentication.

The Nexium ecosystem is fully decentralised, open-source, and portable, enabling Users to integrate secure and cost-effective identity management solutions to their products and Services.

As a part of the Platform, Nexium provides access to the App, which is a non-custodian wallet, designed to allow You to manage your decentralised digital assets and credentials, which can be accessed through authorised devices running the appropriate iOS or Android operating systems.

Soul Super Wallet is a blockchain-based decentralised application (DApp) that allows Users to:

• Manage digital assets including cryptocurrencies and NFTs
• Issue and verify credentials
• Interact with decentralized networks

Key features:

• SoulScan: eliminates the need for seed phrases and passwords
• SoulID: unique identification to govern digital identities

Information We Collect

For this purpose of this Policy, “Data” shall mean any information, whether true or not, that relates to an identifiable individual. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Information that can be used to identify an individual directly or indirectly
• Data collected by Nexium, either directly or indirectly, through its Platform
• Biometric data that may be used for authentication purposes
• Financial data, including blockchain-related transactions
• User identities, including SoulID™ and interactions within the Platform
• Any additional information accessed by Nexium to provide Services

No Collection, Storage, or Use of Data

Nexium does not collect, use, store, or disclose any Data.

However, limited, non-identifiable data may be processed under specific scenarios:

1. Blockchain Transactions
   • Soul Super Wallet enables blockchain transactions
   • Nexium does not store transaction details or balances
   • Transactions are publicly recorded on decentralized ledgers
2. Third-Party Collaborations
   • Users may interact with services such as KYC/KYB or fiat on/off-ramping
   • These providers collect/process data under their own privacy policies
   • Nexium does not control how third parties handle user data
3. Controlled Downloads and Campaigns
   • Nexium and/or Soul Super Wallet does not collect any identifiable or non-identifiable data from participants
   • Campaign usage analytics are not linked with App usage

Any Data processed within the Nexium ecosystem is strictly limited to ensuring secure, private, and seamless interactions between users and decentralized technologies.

How Do We Use the Data?

We do not collect, store, or process your Data. However, We may disclose or share your information, without notice, in these scenarios:

• Where you have consented
• Where permitted under British Virgin Islands laws
• To protect Nexium or user rights/property
• To ensure safety of users or the public
• To enhance your App experience
• To improve functionality and efficiency

Feedback provided by Volunteers is used solely to improve the App and Platform.

SoulScan & Biometric Authentication

• Decentralized Authentication: SoulScan uses facial recognition without centralized storage
• Biometric Privacy: Biometric data is processed on the user’s device only
• Recovery Mechanism: SoulScan provides decentralized authentication recovery

Third-Party Integrations

Soul Super Wallet supports interactions with:

• Blockchain networks for transactions
• Fiat On/Off-Ramp Providers
• Credential Verification Services (e.g., KYC/KYB)

Important Notes:

• These services operate independently
• Their privacy policies govern their data handling
• Nexium is not responsible for misuse or breaches
• Third-party providers may be legally required to store/process data

User Privacy & Data Control

• No Storage: Nexium does not store or manage user credentials, biometrics, or assets
• Full Control: Users manage authentication and access
• Account Deletion: SoulID™ can be disassociated, but re-authentication may allow recovery
• Wallet Access & Loss: Lost credentials are not recoverable by Nexium
• No Central Retention: All authentication happens on the device

Security & Risk Mitigation

• Secure Device Usage: Protect your devices from unauthorized access
• Transaction Awareness: Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Data Breach Risks: Third parties may be vulnerable; review their policies
• Privacy Settings: Users should monitor and manage their data sharing permissions
• Software Vulnerabilities: Report bugs to maintain App integrity

User Representations and Warranties

• Users are responsible for third-party interactions and associated data
• Some data processing is necessary and limited to technical functioning
• Data may be processed outside user’s country under third-party policies
• Users must safeguard their passwords, keys, and recovery phrases
• Nexium cannot recover lost credentials
• Cookies and analytics tools are used to enhance the experience
